• Notary fees are non-refundable once the notary arrives or the appointment time begins, regardless of document readiness or signer availability.

• Administrative and transaction coordination services are non-refundable once work has started, including document review, formatting, coordination, or tracking.

• Appointments canceled 24 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled one time at no additional charge.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

• Travel fees, rush fees, and convenience fees are non-refundable.

J&J Admin and Transport LLC reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if documents are incomplete, improper identification is provided, or requests exceed administrative scope.

I acknowledge that all services are administrative only, including typing, formatting, notarization, and administrative coordination.

I confirm that I am responsible for the content, wording, accuracy, and legality of the information and documents I provide.

I understand that J&J Admin and Transport LLC does not draft legal documents, choose legal language, or advise on legal rights, responsibilities, or outcomes.

I understand that notarization does not validate the legality, truthfulness, or effectiveness of a document.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for consulting a licensed attorney or other qualified professional for legal, tax, or financial advice.

I agree to the pricing, refund, cancellation, and service policies posted by J&J Admin and Transport LLC.

I understand that incomplete documents, invalid identification, inappropriate requests, or requests outside the administrative scope may result in refusal of service.

By purchasing services, clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services that have been rendered, scheduled, or initiated. Any disputes should be addressed directly with J&J Admin and Transport LLC.
